Yoga philosophy
I teach an integral yoga. This means that I incorporate the most important elements of the yoga system into my yoga class. If you're just looking for a fitness class, you've come to the wrong place.
In meinen Kursen erhaltet ihr das nötige Hintergrundwissen über die Wirkweise der einzelnen Übungen. So erfahren Sie u.a. was Chakren sind, wie wir positiv auf diese einwirken und welche positiven Auswirkungen wir dadurch auf Körper, Energiesystem und Bewusstsein erzielen können.
Ziel eines authenthischen Yogaweges ist es immer, den Menschen von Konditionierungen, Dogmen, und vor allem der Illusion und Identifikation mit dem was vergänglich ist zu befreien. Yoga ermöglicht es einem, zu erkennen, wer wir wirklich sind und die Einheit, mit allem was ist, zu erfahren.

Hatha Yoga
This contains Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques)
Pranayama
Breathing exercises supply the organism with fresh life energy and harmonize our energy system.
Kundalini Yoga
The aim is to awaken the fundamental universal force Kundalini Shakti in our being, which leads people step by step towards enlightenment.
Selbstheilungskräfte erhöhen
Durch die unterschiedlichsten Wirkungen von Yoga mit all Seinen Komponenten werden Selbstheilungskräfte aktiviert. Unterstützt durch Hilfe aus subtileren, geistigen Sphären lässt Du hinderliche Muster los und erfährst tiefe Regeneration.

Learn to relax and feel the regenerative processes that are set in motion.
Meditation
Am Ende jeder Yogastunde meditieren wir gemeinsam. Für mehr Achtsamkeit im Alltag, die Fähigkeit ein neutraler Beobachter zu werden, mentale Ruhe und letztendlich um Dich zur Offenbarung Deines höchsten Selbst zu bringen.

Dauer: 90 min Yoga (optional anschließend noch 10-15 min Meditation)
* Einstieg ist jederzeit möglich. Der Kurs ist auch für Anfänger geeignet.

Kundalini awakening
I highly recommend a therapy or healing session with Dr. Hipp!
In a nutshell: I have experienced 2x enormously powerful Kundalini awakenings during the session, the longest which lasted about 1.5 hours at a time!

Dr. Madeleine Hipp took over the yoga class I was familiar with. After a short period of getting to know each other, she immediately set important impulses for yoga practice with asanas.
